Gannu Software Inc has openings for Software Engineers.

Gather, analyze, design, write code, document, customize, maintain, test, and modify software and computer applications using any combination of the following technologies such as Java, J2EE, Hibernate, Struts, ASP.Net, Share Point, VBScript, SAP, Oracle Apps, Salesforce, DataStage, Guidewire, Pega, FileNet, Documentum, Big Data, Hadoop, Hana, PL/SQL, SQL, SSIS, SSRS, Unix, Linux, Shell Script, JavaScript, XML, Business Objects, DB2, Oracle , SQL Server, Weblogic, Web Services, Websphere, QTP, Load/Win Runner, Selenium, OBIEE, Cognos, Informatica, Abinitio, Android, PeopleSoft, SAS, and other technologies.All the positions require either US equivalent Master or Bachelor degree with/without experience. In lieu of Master degree, we will accept Bachelor degree with five years' experience. Work location will be at Schaumburg, IL and various unanticipated clients' locations throughout US. Travel and/or relocation may require.

SOFTWARE DEVELOPER

Job Description: Assist in creating and editing individual rules, pcf pages, workflows, entity names and display keys. Explore and develop solution for configuration and web services for integrating pc and bc with external system. Involve in several integration points for policy center with tight document support, new screens revised assignment logic and other standard rules/screen/ui changes. Involve in configuration various new custom policies & as many as new custom coverages. Assist in writing gunit test cases for services classes. Assist business analysts in understanding the information needs of the business and developing new functionalities to meet these requirements. Work with cross-team to understand the new business needs clearly and configuration required in policy center. Code review, debugging and defect fixing form previous sprint. Design the data model in policy center as requested by business requirement. Assist to develop and maintain data entities, attributes to the existing entity along with creating of new entities, typelist and product designer updates.

Travel: Must be willing to travel and relocate to unanticipated client locations in the U.S.

Job Requirements: Bachelor or foreign equivalent in Computer Science/Application/Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology or related field.

Software Developer/Guidewire Developer

Strong knowledge in Guidewire Policy Center Configuration and Integration. Experience working directly with Guidewire Policy Center for Auto, Property and/or Umbrella. Experience in developing code using Bundles, GX Models, Authentication. Very good understanding of OOTB policy Center Data Model. Experience in PolicyCenter 8.xx or later. Experience on GW implementations for at least 3 years. Create form and letter templates and their supporting XML descriptor files. Experience in Guidewire Messaging, Messaging Plugins, Web services, SOAP, Rest, Batch Process, Work-Queue, Plugins (Authentication, Startable etc. Working experience on GIT, Apache Tomcat, Jetty Server, GW Studio, IntelliJ IDEA.

Temporary travel to client sites throughout the U.S. with expenses paid by the employer.

Education: Master’s in Computer Science, Technology, Management Information System, Business Administration, Commerce, Finance or related field OR bachelors in Computer Science, Technology, Management Information System, Business Administration, Commerce, Finance or related field with 5 years of progressive experience in job offered or related field.

SoftwareDeveloper/Java Developer

Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments. Agile experience and experience with SDLC tools and processes including GitHub, Jenkins, Artifactory, Sonar, Maven or Gradle. Build and consume REST APIs. Experience with Java/J2EE and frameworks like Springboot. JSON (JavaScript Object Notation) development experience and knowledge of Microservices. Experience developing and consuming REST, SOAP services with security (OAuth/SSL). Excellent knowledge of Multithreading, Thread-Pools with strong OOP and OOAD skills. Strong understanding of different storage architectures and their appropriate application. Experience with modern Javascript frameworks like Angular, relational databases, and cloud-based data platforms (AWS, Azure or Google Cloud).
